11 Goals for 2025
What I set out to do in 2025 — the year I left Supernormal, did research at KTH, and started World Tree. ← Memoir
- Evolve my tools, theory, and practice to go from Atomic Habits toward mastery in three things I deeply care about: my contemplative practice; AI, coding, and engineering management; and building authentic connection and community.
- Build something new with code every day — my own AI projects, or something new on the website.
- Maximize the Europe experience — plan and execute five key experiences before August, when we might head home.
- Ramp up home education for the girls — time with them each day teaching them important things.
- Race and physical goals to stay in shape — a mini-Vasaloppet if I get XC ski time in, and beat a 3:50 marathon.
- Drop some things that don't serve me any longer.
- Go broad in my reading — read each day across shallow (headlines, summaries), medium (abstracts, highlights), and deep (full reading); find good learning surrogates for reading.
- Really learn Swedish — at least an hour a day.
- Revise my diet completely — no added sugar, LLM-recommended healthy meals, less caffeine.
- Discover one new person a day — engage, reach out, connect.
- Write something substantial every day.
